Browser drafts and PDF generation
Calculator inputs and offer drafts are saved in this browser as you type. When you generate a PDF, the required inputs are sent to our Supabase server functions to render the document. Generated PDF bytes are returned directly and are not stored. Shared calculator links contain the numbers you chose to share.
Saved offers and signing links
Saving an offer stores its buyer, seller, property, financial terms, and dates in a private database. A signing link gives its holder access to that saved summary for seven days unless revoked. Acknowledgments record the typed name and timestamp. Share links only with intended recipients.
Email and purchases
When you buy, we store your email address and a reference to your Stripe checkout so you can restore access. We do not currently email reports; you can save yours as a PDF in the app. We never sell your email.
Payments
Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store them.
