HomeOffer is an educational calculator. Its results are estimates and are not financial, legal, tax, or lending advice, nor an offer or commitment to lend.
Purchases
The Full Report ($9.99) and Pro Pass ($19.99) are one-time digital purchases processed securely by Stripe. Access is delivered immediately in your browser and can be restored with the email used at checkout.
Offer summaries and acknowledgments
The document builder produces draft offer summaries for review with a qualified real estate professional. It does not produce state-specific purchase contracts. Signing links record a typed-name acknowledgment of a summary, not execution of a purchase agreement.
Refunds
If something isn't working, contact support@homebuyeroffer.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to bypass payment, or resell reports without permission. Pro Pass branding is for the purchaser's own business.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeOffer is provided “as is” and we are not liable for decisions made based on its estimates.
